Victoria Searl’s practice focuses on litigation and transactional representation of general contractors, subcontractors, businesses, and individuals in the areas of contract disputes, construction defects defense, mechanics’ liens, stop notice and bond claims, prompt payment remedies, competitive bidding, public bid protests, and other surrounding contract and collection matters.
Ms. Searl completed her undergraduate studies at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where she graduated in 2003 with a bachelor of arts, summa cum laude . In 2006, Ms. Searl earned a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and proceeded to develop her litigation skills as a law clerk and associate attorney at a Sacramento firm specializing in civil litigation and family law before joining Porter Law Group as an associate in 2007.
